  24. <h3>Options - General Settings<a name="general" id="general"></a></h3>

  26. <p><b>Start up</b>: Browse and select a folder where you want Gallery to open 
  27.   every time you start Gallery.</p>
  28. <p><b>Clear</b> - Button: If you add a lot of Favorite folders, you may want to 
  29.   clear them. You can just click on this button to clear Favorite folders.</p>
  30. <p><b>Launch Web browser</b> - Check box: Check this check box, if you want Gallery 
  31.   to run your default web browser after creation of Thumbnail Gallery.</p>

  34. <h3>Thumbnail Settings<a name="thumb" id="thumb"></a></h3>

  36. <p><b>Thumbnail Size</b>: Input thumbnail size here (value between 10 and 200).<br />
  37.   ---- 100 to 120 recommended.</p>
  38. <p><b>Thumbnail Quality</b>: Input value between 50 and 100. 100 is the best thumbnail 
  39.   quality, but heavy size.<br />
  40.   ---- 60 - 75 recommended.</p>
  41. <p><b>Black & White</b> - Check box: Check this check box if you want to make 
  42.   black and white thumbnails. Gallery converts color images to black & white 
  43.   for you.</p>
  44. <p><b>Thumbnail Mark</b>: Default is set to "t_", but you can make your 
  45.   own.<br />
  46.   Example if you have an image "landscape.jpg", your thumbnail file 
  47.   name becomes "t_landscape.jpg".</p>

  50. <h3>Web page Settings<a name="webpage" id="webpage"></a></h3>
  51. <p class="header">HTML Page Settings<a name="pageset" id="pageset"></a></p>

  53. <p>If you choose to make HTML files for each image, "Background Color" 
  54.   and "Page Align" will be the same as Thumbnail page(s).</p>
  55. <p><b>Gallery's Default Color</b> - Check box: Check this check box to make your 
  56.   HTML page with white background and black text.</p>
  57. <p><b>Background Color</b>: If you want to use another color than Gallery's default 
  58.   color, double click on text field to pick up a color dialog, and choose color.</p>
  59. <p><b>Text Color</b>: If you want to use another color than Gallery's default 
  60.   color, double click on text field to pick up a color dialog, and choose color.</p>
  61. <p><b>Page Alignment</b> - Radio buttons: Choose Left, Center or Right.</p>
  62. <p><b>Open images in new window</b> - Check box: When you click on a thumbnail, 
  63.   your browser creates a new window to show content. If you want to do so, check 
  64.   this check box.</p>
  65. <p>Attention!!! You should not check this check box if you are using "Frames".</p>
  66. <p><b>Make XHTML Compliant</b> - Check box: Check this check box to make XHTML 
  67.   compliant HTML page.</p>
  68. <p><b>Create HTML page for each image</b> - Check box: Check this check box to 
  69.   create HTML page for each image. HTML file name is the same as its image.</p>
  70. <p>Attention!!! Image name should not be "gallery.jpg" (or gallery1.jpg, 
  71.   gallery2.jpg and so on).</p>
  72. <p><b>Target screen solution</b> - Combo box: You can choose the target screen 
  73.   solution. But it does not work at the moment. May be next update.</p>
  74. <p><b>Web Page title</b>: This text will appear on the top of your thumbnail page.</p>
  75. <p><b>Make a link to MINO</b> - Check box: Check this check box to make a simple 
  76.   text link to my (author's) home page. On the bottom of your thumbnail page gets 
  77.   the following test link:</p>

  82. <p class="header">Table Settings<a name="tableset" id="tableset"></a></p>

  84. <p><b>Number of Columns</b>: Insert number of table columns here.<br />
  85.   ---- 4 or 5 recommended for better looking thumbnail page.</p>
  86. <p><b>Table color</b>: If you leave here blank, table uses the same color as HTML 
  87.   page background color. If you want to change color, double click on it to pick 
  88.   up a color dialog to choose a color as you want.</p>
  89. <p><b>Table border</b>: Default is set to 0, but you can change it between 0 and 
  90.   10.</p>
  91. <p><b>Table cell Horizontal alignment and Vertical alignment</b>: This option 
  92.   is not enabled, if you check program default (which has been checked if you 
  93.   start Gallery the first time). Uncheck the "Set to program default". 
  94.   Now you can change them.</p>
  95. <p>When you check one to another radio button, you will see the image is also 
  96.   moving.</p>
  97. <p><b>Input text below each image</b> - Check box: Check the file name check box, 
  98.   if you want Gallery to insert each file name below its thumbnail image.<br />
  99.   Check the file size check box, if you want Gallery to insert each file size 
  100.   (width x height pixels) below its thumbnail image.</p>
  101. <p><b>Set to program default</b> - Check box: Check this check box to set cell 
  102.   Horizontal - Vertical alignment to Gallery's default.<br />
  103.   - Horizontal is set to center<br />
  104.   - Vertical is set to middle</p>
  105. <p><b>Limit image</b> - Check box: Check this check box, if you have image files 
  106.   more than ".Limit image count (below)".</p>
  107. <p><b>Limit image count</b>: Example. If you have 100 image files and you want 
  108.   to make each table having 5 columns. If you set this "Limit image count" 
  109.   to 20, you will get 5 thumbnail HTML files with contains each 20 thumbnails 
  110.   - total 100.</p>
